With this Bowles Group offering, you outsource most employment functions and related administration. The Bowles Group is Employer of Record and handles the business of employment including human resources, employee benefits, labor law compliance, payroll, risk management and employee taxes. You control the on-site responsibilities of hire/fire and wage decisions as well directing the work to be done such as product development and production, marketing, sales and service.
